Landing Pages

Why are landing pages important?

A landing page that converts will get the audience to your website and compel them to buy your product, service, or whatever your business's aim is. The key to an excellent landing page is persuasive writing that resonates with the readers. My approach to landing pages is establishing an emotional connection with your audience. I believe in the emotional method because consumers tend to gravitate toward things they feel are right for them. I include myself in that group as I often buy or look into something that I think would benefit me in some way. You want the audience to feel like you have their best interests at heart and can solve whatever issues they are facing.

What should a landing page have?

A landing page should:
  • Open with a warm introduction to the reader with details about the business and some history that may form a connection or instill a positive feeling
  • Give specific information about the products, services, or company's goals
  • Provide examples of what makes this establishment different from their competitors
  • End with a firm call to action to compel the audience
